This is a lovely vintage silver tone Tibetan shoulder, pill purse or necklace purse with lovely colorful natural stones.

It's a unique little purse that is in excellent condition, with no missing stones or damage.  It has pretty little dangle beads that hang from the bottom of the purse. 

The bag measures approximately 2 3/4 inches across the widest point by 3 inches in height. The purse latches snugly closed, and the delicate necklace or shoulder chain is also in excellent condition and measures approximately 22 inches from the top of the purse, or 44 inches in total length.
